How does the 14 days free trial work?
When you sign up, you instantly get access to all the features in the Revamp CRM for 14 days. No credit card is required. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card to continue using the product.
Do you have any contracts or cancellation fees?
No. Revamp CRM is a pay-as-you-go service. We do not have contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel whenever you want. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Revamp CRM is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Click on “Subscription Info” in your Revamp CRM account, to change your plan.
Who owns my data?
You do! It’s your data after all! We want customers to use Revamp CRM because they love it, not because their data is stuck in it. You can export all of your information from Revamp CRM at any time, no matter what plan you choose.
Is my data safe?
We take security, privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We use the same levels of encryption security that banks do to protect consumer’s data over the web (SSL 256bit). Your data is confidential and nobody can access your account or even your credentials.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
What happens if i need to send more emails?
Don’t worry. If you go over the number of emails in your plan, you can go to Settings > Account > Buy Add-ons, 5000 email credits are for $8 and they don’t expire.
