This integration will help you Whenever you receive a new call in your RingCentral account, Zapier will fetch this data after the call ends we can add a note to this contract or if this contact does not exist we can create the contact after the call ends.

How RingCentral Integration works, when a new call is created

You can configure Zapier to:

  1. Create a Contact in Revamp CRM with a tag ‘RingCentral’
    1. You can optionally create a dynamic segment for all contacts with ‘RingCentral’ tag
    2. Furthermore, automation can run on this segment to create a follow-up task.
  2. Create a Deal, based on your business model. As a result, each booking could be treated as a deal.
  3. Create a Task and assign to the team member of your choice. Therefore, you can do your further follow-up.
